Aerobic muscle exercise is a physical activity. The intensity of this activity ranges from low to high depending on the fitness level of the participant. The goal when doing an aerobic activity is to promote heavy breathing. A slang term for aerobic training is also known as cardio. A good cardio workout reduces the risk of many conditions. These include high blood pressure, type II diabetes, obesity, heart disease, and some even believe aerobic training can cure or prevent cancer.
